Restock decided! The Tolmekian Armored Soldier from "Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind" is now available as a Takeya-style Jizai Okimono!

"Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind" is a masterpiece created by Hayao Miyazaki, who drew the original manga and adapted it into a film himself, thereby having a major impact on the history of animation.

The armored soldier, who accompanied Kushana, the commander of the Tolmekian army, as part of the royal guard when they suddenly attacked the Valley of the Wind where Nausicaä lives, and whose sturdy form symbolized the strength of the Tolmekian nation, has now been made into an action figure as a Takeya-style Jizai Okimono.

While reminiscent of Western armor, the heavy armor is made from ceramic and has been redesigned by Takayuki Takeya.

By incorporating ideas and designs from the original comics as well as the animation, the figure has been given the realism of a real-life suit of armor.

Decorative details and geometrical shapes have been added to each part to exude a dignified presence befitting that of the royal guard.

The Tolmekian Armored Soldier's characteristically stocky, yet sturdy proportions that allow it to repel enemy attacks are also recreated.

Highly action-packed, the multi-layered armor is cleverly divided and the joints are positioned to allow for poses swinging the sword and axe seen in the film.

In addition to the greatsword stabbed at his side, it comes with a battle axe and a large shield, allowing you to recreate various battle scenes from the original work and the animation.

●The armor's coloring is recreated with metallic paint, creating a sense of solidity as heavy armor.

●The plates around the shoulders and neck are also equipped with articulation, allowing for unrestricted posing.

●Fine details such as the fasteners that secure the armor and the gambeson (protective jacket) worn underneath are also recreated.

●Details that appear in the original comics are recreated, such as the practical belt for suspending the greatsword and the pouches that are positioned inside.

●The chainmail wrapped around his waist is movable, allowing him to spread his legs wider than it appears. The kusazuri (sash) attached to the front of his waist also has a movable base.

●While the cape is fixed to prioritize shape expression, it is movable at the base, allowing for more dramatic poses.

●The handles of his axe and sword feature shapes and details seen in the original comics. The tip of the axe blade, for example, even incorporates details that allow you to imagine the manufacturing process.

●The large shield also recreates the pop-out claw-like gimmick that appeared on the end of the shield in the original comics. It can be deployed and retracted.
