■Product Description
The seaplane that played a prominent role as the protagonist's beloved aircraft in Hayao Miyazaki's film "Porco Rosso" has been made into a 1/48 scale plastic model kit. As it is twice the size of the 1/72 scale model, the entire shape of the aircraft has been newly designed. Based on the anime's setting materials as well as research into the structure of aircraft that actually existed during the time period in which the story is set, the interior of the aircraft and the engine have also been reproduced. An aircraft commentary booklet is included so that you can enjoy both the fun of the movie and the fun of model making, as if the actual aircraft had existed.
