Planned as a successor to the Zero War, the 17th Fighter Squadron (later designated as the Test Wind) was ordered by the Navy in 1917, as its name implies.・The first prototype will be completed by April 19th, as it has been busy producing and repairing lightning.・Although flight stability is highly praised, the lack of engine power reduces speed.・The upgraded performance can be upgraded far beyond what is required until the end of the war.
