The Leopard 2A4 was produced between 1985 and 1987. The main gun was equipped with a 44-mm caliber 120-mm air gun, and the artillery tower was equipped with a horizontally configured design. It was equipped with a V-type 12-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine.
